TERMS OF SERVICEBy ordering a commission from me, ("the Artist"), you ("the Client") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Service may result in a rejected/ cancelled commission with or without a refund, and/ or a blacklist/ public service announcement. Please note that these Terms of Service may be subject to change without prior notice. These Terms of Service are in effect as of 1-25-2023.ART TOSWhen commissioning art from me, you are allowed to share and use as long as there is credit.
You agree to pay after i am finished lining your commission unless stated otherwise. I will not show ANY artwork until payment is paid in full, failure to pay within 24 hours will result in being placed on my black list, and you will not receive your artwork.
You must have a complete and clear reference sheet of your character, i will not go off of descriptions, heavily watermarked, or low quality images.
Commissions can take anywhere from a day to a month. Depending on how my motivation is and if i am struggling with art block, these times vary.
If art work is posted anywhere else, a simple link to my toyhouse, or mention of my username ( Beetlez ) will do.
PLEASE ASK BEFOREHAND IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE MY ARTWORK FOR COMMERCIAL USEDESIGN/ADOPT TOSDesigns can be altered/changed to your desire. This includes: Gender, Markings, etc. do not remove my credit.
When Design is purchased I do not have the rights to take the character back if complete payment was transferred; though I do have the ability to take it back if you use this design for hateful imagery without a refund. ie. Hate Art aimed at a specific group, Nazi Imagery, etc.
-Please do not claim designs as your own, keep my design credits in the toyhouse after transfer.
-Designs can be used for any purpose including: Lewd Imagery, Mascots, etc. I am not held accountable for what you do with the design, I ask you do be mindful about what you use it for, though.
-When purchasing a design/character of mine that i have previously owned and used i would the design to stay the same. Minor tweaks and adjustments are fine. Feel free to change clothing/personality/story, etc. Just design wise i would like it to stay recognizable.
Designs cannot be sold more then what they are bought for, unless additional art is attached.
My designs can be used for commercial use after purchase.
